Our Story
Why Survic
Exists
In 2020, a group of Ugandan engineers and entrepreneurs saw a gap in the market: construction companies that promised quality but delivered shortcuts, projects that ran months over schedule, and clients left frustrated and out of pocket.
Survic Construction was founded to be the answer — a firm built on radical transparency, meticulous craftsmanship, and a genuine commitment to the communities we build in. Every project we take on is a direct reflection of that founding promise.
From our first residential build in Kampala to large-scale civil infrastructure contracts across Uganda, we have never deviated from the standard we set on day one: do the work right, or don't take it on.

2020
Survic Construction Founded
Incorporated in Kampala with a founding team of engineers and project managers committed to raising the bar for construction quality in Uganda.
2021
First 20 Projects Delivered
Completed our first 20 residential and light-commercial projects across Kampala and Wakiso — all on schedule and within budget, establishing our reputation from the outset.
2022
Civil Engineering Division Launched
Expanded into roads, drainage, and infrastructure works, securing our first government-awarded road rehabilitation contract in Central Uganda.
2023
100th Project Milestone
A landmark year — our 100th completed project, a team of over 60 professionals, and recognition from the Uganda National Construction Industry as an emerging contractor of excellence.
2024
National Expansion
Opened regional offices in Eastern and Northern Uganda, bringing our services to underserved markets and growing our team to over 80 skilled professionals.
2025
Building the Next Chapter
Today, Survic Construction stands as one of Uganda's most trusted construction partners — and we are just getting started. Our focus turns to larger commercial contracts, sustainable building practice, and a regional presence across East Africa.
