Muyenga Hill Residence

The Muyenga Hill Residence is a bespoke luxury villa perched on one of Kampala's most prestigious hillside plots. The client brief called for a home that blends contemporary East African architecture with world-class finishes. The design features an open-plan living pavilion, five en-suite bedrooms, an infinity pool cantilevered over the hillside, and a fully integrated smart-home system controlling lighting, climate, and security. Survic Construction is overseeing all structural, mechanical, and electrical works, with completion targeted for Q3 2025.
