The Nakawa Housing Estate project delivered 48 affordable residential units across six blocks in Nakawa Division, Kampala. Survic Construction managed the full project lifecycle — from site preparation and structural works through to interior fit-out and landscaping. Each unit features reinforced concrete frames, face-brick facades, solar water heating, and rainwater harvesting systems, making them among the most energy-efficient affordable homes in the city. The project was completed ahead of schedule and within budget, and was recognised by the Uganda National Housing Authority as a model for sustainable low-cost housing.
